How to Run Your First Session

Recommended: Start with your primary gap

If you came here from the Velocity Gap Assessment, start with the Operating Guide and agent that match your primary gap. That's the highest-leverage place to spend your first 90 minutes.

Open your Operating Guide Click the Operating Guide above for the module you're starting with. It opens in a new tab and auto-saves everything as you work.

Work through the stages Each Operating Guide has 3–5 guided stages. Complete them in order. The later stages build on what you captured earlier.

Export your outputs Use the Export button in the Operating Guide to generate a text summary. This is what you upload to your LLM to activate the AI agent coaching session.

Upload the agent + your export Open Claude or ChatGPT. Upload the .md agent file and paste or attach your Operating Guide export. The agent picks up exactly where the workbook left off.
