What's the difference between the AI agents and the Operating Guides?
The agents run sessions — you upload them to an LLM and they conduct a full diagnostic conversation with you, producing specific outputs. The Operating Guides are standalone browser-based tools that walk you through the same frameworks interactively, so you can do the work at your own pace and return to it as your situation evolves. Most people use them together: run the agent session, then transfer the outputs into the Operating Guide to build your living reference.
Which LLM should I use with the agents?
Claude (Anthropic) is recommended for the best results — it handles long structured sessions well and maintains context across the full diagnostic arc. The agents work with any capable LLM: ChatGPT, Gemini, or any model that accepts file uploads or long system prompts. The Getting Started Guide walks you through setup for each.
How long does each session take?
Budget 60–90 minutes per agent for a thorough first run. Most executives run one per week over three weeks. The Operating Guides can be used in shorter sessions — 30–45 minutes for a targeted section. Both are built to return to, not complete once.
